HELLO! The first Unwind Wednesday of the year is an invitation to slow down—not because you’re behind, but because you’re human. Before we rush into new goals, new habits, and new expectations, let’s pause together.

Take a breath in through your nose… and a long exhale out of your mouth. Let your shoulders soften. Let this moment be a gentle landing place. You don’t need to fix anything right now—you’re simply arriving.

As we reflect on the year behind us, I encourage you to do so with compassion instead of critique:

  1. Notice what supported you—habits, people, moments that helped you feel steady or alive. Pause here. Breathe in gratitude, breathe out pressure.

  2. Acknowledge what felt heavy without attaching judgment. Growth often looks like survival before it looks like strength.

  3. Ask yourself what you’re ready to release—not because it was wrong, but because you’re ready for something lighter. Take another slow breath here.

I felt supported by my friends who consistently poured into me during what was one of my toughest years (2025 can kiss my a**). I acknowledge the "unknowing" as a very scary, vulnerable state. I am releasing the need to present the perfect final thing and let the vision come into alignment the best that I can.

Unwind Wednesdays will be our shared pause throughout 2026—a weekly meeting point online where we come back to ourselves and to one another. Through movement, breath, reflection, and conversation, these Wednesdays are about regulation over hustle, presence over perfection, and community over isolation. Whether you join live or revisit later, this space is here to remind you that wellness doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.

As we move forward together, I hope you carry this energy with you: grounded, open, and gently optimistic. There is room for rest and momentum, softness and strength. Wednesdays are where we practice that balance—one breath, one movement, one moment at a time. I’m so glad you’re here.

let’s unwind, together. ✨
