About the event
Join Kaila Overton (Wellness with Kaila) & Gina Physic (Forthwrite)
We will use the teachings from Don Miguel Ruiz’s book, The Four Agreements, to shape our approach to 2026. Rather than lean into the belief that we must make huge, sweeping changes to our lives at the start of the year, we’ll take the approach of short steps, long vision.
Each session will commit to journaling on one of The Four Agreements and how we can integrate it into our lives.
